Summer Salt Lake Festivals

Summer in Salt Lake is the place to be! There are so many fun festivals that happen throughout the summer, you are sure to find one or two that meet your fancy.
Here are a few of our go-to’s that help make our summer time entertainment tons of fun.
Utah Pride Festival- Happening this weekend. The Utah Pride Festival features a parade, food and vendor booths and lots of celebratory activities. Events on both Saturday, June 1 and Sunday, June 2, parade takes place Sunday 10am-noon. Festivities take place at Washington Square in downtown Salt Lake City.

Utah Arts Festival– Taking place this summer June 20-23 at Library Square in Salt Lake City. The Utah Arts Festival has something to offer everyone, from the young to the young at heart. There are amazing local artist exhibits, live music, festival eats, documentary short films and even hands-on workshops.

Utah Blues Festival- Get your blues on at the Utah Blues Festival. Now in its 5th year, the festival is a fundraiser for the Utah Blues Society. This unique music festival connects attendees to national and local Blues artists. There is also a youth showcase and workshops.

Deer Valley Music festival– Cool mountain air and live talent make the Deer Valley Music Festival on the top festivals to partake in during the summer months. Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater

Oktoberfest -Taking place every weekend from mid-August and running until mid-October, the Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a fun way to transition summer into fall. Live music, vendors and of course plenty of German food and drinks, coupled with mountain views and air, make this a festival not to be missed.
