Welcome to Sugar House

The heart of Sugar House (2100 South 1100 East) has a walk score of 97 which is amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance or can be accessed with public transportation from Sugar House. There are several local and chain retailers, restaurants, pubs and other nightlife. You will also find a library, movie theater and the amazing Sugar House Park where an amazing fireworks show is hosted every year and where the Sugar House Farmer’s market is hosted every Friday night throughout our warm season. Sugar House is known to be a culturally diverse area which is very appealing to locals and people moving to Utah from out of state. Homes in the Sugar House area were built primarily from 1900-1925, with a few homes built in other eras. The varied architecture and character in Sugar House, as well as great access to arts, great food, nightlife and culture is a big draw to buyers.
